Q - I received only one unit in the post, where is the rest of my order?

A - For ease of delivery into your post box, on some products, we ship each unit separately to you, so please expect the rest of your order over the next day or two.

Q - How long will it take for me to receive my order.

A - We have a policy to dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Some items are shipped from Overseas therefore please allow 7 to 14 days from when we receive your order, taking postal delivery time into account.
