All our products are covered by our 30 day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, from the date of dispatch for the value of each product returned, less applicable postage, packaging and administration costs attributable to every product unit.  Customers can cancel their order up to 14 days after their order is delivered.

To return products, please contact us using the form on this website, supplying your name, address, order details, whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement item, the payment method used and also the reason for your return and any other relevant details.
 
On acceptance of your return we will send you an authorization number, the return address to send your item and the latest date for the return to be accepted.

Please return the product to the address supplied and include your full order details for identification purposes. Please ensure that you return the complete product, undamaged and in good condition including full intact packaging and paperwork.
