The Company will aim to ship all in stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order, but your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable. Shipments to your delivery address maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges to clear customs must be borne by you.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return it to us in its original condition (unopened, with all seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund.

The Company does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Company website or for any products purchased from the Company website. The Company will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.

Illegal Acts

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
